Navitas Semiconductor has received early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) antitrust waiting period for its planned acquisition of Claros Inc. The Federal Trade Commission’s notice removes a key regulatory hurdle, allowing the transaction to advance toward closing.
Announced in August, the acquisition is valued at up to approximately $232.8 million. It would give Navitas a path into the AI data center market.
Claros develops advanced power management solutions designed to power high-current AI processors. The deal is expected to close before the end of 2026.
