NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said the company’s next-generation Vera Rubin platform is expected to generate $40 billion in revenue per gigawatt of computing capacity.
That compares with $25 billion per gigawatt for its current Blackwell chips. The increase is 60%.
NVIDIA confirmed that Vera Rubin has entered production and is shipping to major hyperscalers and AI cloud providers.
Key partners, including SpaceX, are increasing their AI infrastructure spending and will use NVIDIA chips exclusively.
Management expects chip sales to double in 2027 compared with 2026, citing customer commitments and the platform’s increased efficiency. Analysts project significant revenue growth for NVIDIA into fiscal 2028.
