A Form 4 filed with the SEC and reported on October 15 disclosed that New Era Energy & Digital director and 10% stakeholder Kent C. McCarthy acquired 250,000 shares on October 9 at an average price of $4.7694 per share.

The purchase was made indirectly through AMC Fund, L.P., which McCarthy controls. After the acquisition, AMC Fund beneficially owned 9,550,000 shares of New Era Energy & Digital.
