NeuroSense Therapeutics said on October 2, 2026, that it received a Nasdaq delisting determination notice dated October 1. The notice says the company failed to meet Nasdaq’s $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement by the September 29 deadline.
Nasdaq notified the company of the deficiency in April 2026 and gave it 180 days to comply. NeuroSense plans to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel and seek an extension. The request will temporarily halt any trading suspension or delisting.
Separately, NeuroSense said it regained compliance with Nasdaq’s $1.00 minimum bid price requirement after a 1-for-20 reverse stock split in September. The market value requirement is the only outstanding issue cited by Nasdaq.
