HC Wainwright & Co. downgraded NeuroSense Therapeutics (NRSN) from Buy to Neutral. The analyst did not publicly detail the reason for the change.

NeuroSense faces potential delisting from Nasdaq for failing to meet the exchange’s minimum market value requirement of $35 million.

On the same day as the downgrade, the company announced a delay in its New Drug Submission to Health Canada for PrimeC, its lead ALS drug candidate. NeuroSense now expects to file in March 2027, rather than December 2026, to include additional data. The downgrade, delisting risk, and filing delay add uncertainty to the company’s outlook.
