The cloud-native analytics solution enables Zain KSA to proactively identify and troubleshoot network congestion and latency issues. This prevents customer impact. It is expected to enhance user experience for high-bandwidth services. These include video streaming and cloud gaming. The platform uses AI and machine learning to manage network performance. It supports Saudi Arabia's digital transformation goals under Vision 2030.
