Northrop Grumman CEO Kathy Warden issued a bullish growth outlook at the Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference. The company projects mid-single-digit sales growth for the current year. Warden expects revenue growth to accelerate further in 2027.

Rising global tensions and increased military spending are driving demand for advanced defense systems. The B-21 Raider stealth bomber and the Sentinel nuclear modernization effort support this optimistic forecast. Warden announced the first Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missile flight test is now scheduled for 2027.

The company’s space business is returning to growth through missile warning and tracking opportunities. Northrop Grumman shares rose as much as 1.6% during mid-morning trading on Thursday following the presentation.
