The company highlighted the trial’s commencement in its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The report stated that NanoViricides held approximately $2.79 million in cash as of June 30, 2026. It also said there is substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern unless it secures additional funding.
