NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with IP3 Corporation and Cybernetic Intelligence. The LOI aims to develop nuclear-powered artificial intelligence and computing infrastructure. This agreement creates a framework for opportunities in the U.S. and other select markets.
The LOI names NANO Nuclear a preferred provider of nuclear technology and services for future projects. The collaboration will combine NANO Nuclear's microreactor technology with IP3's project development expertise. It will also integrate Cybernetic Intelligence's AI infrastructure capabilities.
The companies plan to identify a pilot program. Any specific project will require a separate definitive agreement.
