NANO Nuclear Energy signed a three-year Master Services Agreement with IMPSA's U.S. subsidiary. IMPSA, an Argentinian heavy-manufacturing company, will advance NANO's KRONOS micro-modular reactor (MMR). IMPSA's nuclear component manufacturing experience will support KRONOS engineering and design. This includes potential future fabrication of critical KRONOS parts.

The initial collaboration phase is a six-month engineering and manufacturability study. This study will review KRONOS components against industry standards. It will particularly focus on the reactor pressure vessel. The agreement establishes a framework for future component fabrication. Subsequent manufacturing work depends on this initial engineering phase's results. It also requires further agreements.
