Nio announced on October 19, 2026, that its vehicle deliveries in China reached 111,638 in the third quarter. That exceeded the individual sales of Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi in the country for the first time.
The milestone reflects the shift toward new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China’s premium market. Nio also reported strong momentum for its ES8 and ES9 models.
Separately, Nio’s sub-brand Firefly is reportedly set to launch a new model with an upgraded 60kWh battery on October 23.
