Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ: NBIS) has entered into a binding agreement with AIB Data Centers Inc. for 50 megawatts (MW) of IT capacity for AI workloads. The contract has an initial term of 12 years. The capacity will be housed in two data halls at an AIB facility in the southeastern United States.

The financial terms were not disclosed. AIB expects customer prepayments and project-level financing to cover a substantial portion of development costs.

AIB had previously secured a 15-year power agreement for the site. The agreement covers 65 MW.

The deal expands both companies’ AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Nebius’s chief product and infrastructure officer said AIB’s existing power position is key to bringing the capacity online quickly.
