Nebius Group announced it will acquire Inferize, an AI inference optimization startup, for undisclosed financial terms. The deal is intended to strengthen Nebius’s AI Token Factory by adding technology designed to speed the deployment and scaling of large AI models. It can also reduce model loading times, or cold starts, making AI workloads more efficient and elastic.

The Inferize team and technology will join the Nebius Token Factory as the company builds out its production inference stack and expands its AI-focused cloud services.

After the announcement, NBIS shares rose 1.9% in premarket trading. Other recent developments include new analyst coverage from William Blair and a 12-year AI data center capacity agreement with AIB Data Centers.
