Netlist, Inc. announced on September 29, 2026, that it filed a new complaint against Micron Technology, Inc. with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The complaint alleges that two Netlist patents are infringed by Micron’s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products, which are crucial for AI computing.

Netlist is seeking an exclusion order that could block the import of certain Micron HBM products into the United States. The complaint also names several of Micron’s major customers as respondents, including Nvidia, Broadcom, and Google.

The action follows a separate ITC complaint Netlist filed against Micron in August 2026 concerning different patents.
