Netlist Inc. has filed a new patent infringement complaint against Micron Technology with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Netlist alleges that Micron’s HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products infringe two of its patents covering technologies used in artificial intelligence and advanced computing.

The complaint also names several of Micron’s major downstream customers, including Nvidia, Broadcom and Google. Netlist is seeking an ITC exclusion order that would block imports into the United States of the allegedly infringing Micron products and systems containing them.

This is Netlist’s second ITC complaint against Micron in recent months. In August, Netlist filed a separate case concerning DDR5 memory modules.
