Strategy Inc. CEO Phong Le reaffirmed the company’s long-term commitment to acquiring Bitcoin on September 18, 2026. The firm, formerly known as MicroStrategy, intends to maintain a perpetual accumulation strategy. Total holdings now exceed 840,000 BTC.
Le clarified that the company may conduct small, tactical sales to manage its balance sheet or integrate with traditional finance. These transactions do not represent a shift in the core mission. Earlier this year, the firm sold minor amounts of Bitcoin to strengthen cash reserves.
Market reaction to the announcement was positive. Strategy Inc. stock (MSTR) surged more than 10% following the statement.
