Ryan Roslansky, Microsoft’s executive vice president for Microsoft 365 and LinkedIn, will leave the company at the end of 2026. CEO Satya Nadella announced the departure and praised Roslansky’s six-year tenure leading LinkedIn. Membership grew from 700 million to 1.3 billion during that period.

Roslansky’s role increasingly needs to be based at Microsoft’s headquarters in Redmond, while his family lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

His departure comes amid broader executive changes at Microsoft, where several senior leaders have left as the company reorganizes to expand its focus on artificial intelligence across its product lines.
