MedPal AI PLC said its New Health weight management clinic climbed from 3,048th to 29th among Eli Lilly’s UK suppliers of Mounjaro in three months. Its customer base has grown to more than 42,500, representing an estimated 2.1% of the UK GLP-1 market.
Repeat orders now account for more than 30% of New Health’s revenue, up from 22% in September. The increase has improved the company’s unit economics.
MedPal AI is on track to launch an expanded dispensing line at its Sarus Court facility by the end of October 2026. The line is expected to increase daily order capacity to 14,000. The expansion supports the company’s strategy to become one of the UK’s top three GLP-1 providers.
