Motherson Global Investments B.V. received a Voluntary Sale Permission Decision from the competent court on July 17, 2026. This approval facilitates the acquisition of an 81% stake in Yutaka Giken Co. Ltd.
The deal also includes an 11% stake in subsidiary Shinnichi Kogyo Co. Ltd. This acquisition strengthens Samvardhana Motherson International Limited’s presence in the global automotive industry.
Completion is expected during the second quarter of the 2026-2027 financial year. The transaction has reached the final stages of payment for fractional share transfers.
