McCormick & Company announced its future operating model following the proposed combination with Unilever’s Foods business. The transaction is expected to close by mid-2027.
The combined entity will organize into four commercial divisions: Americas Consumer, International Consumer, Global Food Service, and Global Flavor. A joint leadership team featuring executives from both McCormick and Unilever Foods will manage the new structure.
McCormick plans to seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange alongside its primary New York Stock Exchange listing. The company will maintain its global headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and establish a new international headquarters in the Netherlands.
