Manulife expands Microsoft partnership, deploying Copilot to 30,000 global employees

Manulife Financial signed a five-year expansion of its partnership with Microsoft to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption.

The insurer will adopt Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite and Microsoft Agent 365 to manage enterprise-scale AI agents.

Manulife will deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot to more than 30,000 employees globally.

The company has ranked as the top life insurer for AI maturity in North America and Europe for two consecutive years.
