Meta Platforms reported strong third-quarter 2026 results. Revenue rose 26% year over year to $64.6 billion. Analysts had expected about $63.3 billion.

Daily active people (DAP) across Meta’s Family of Apps increased 3%, reaching 3.64 billion in September.

Operating income fell 37% to $12.99 billion. The decline reflected a $9.89 billion charge related to a settlement with U.S. state attorneys general concerning teen mental health. Excluding the charge, operating income would have been $22.88 billion.

Separately, Meta announced the establishment of a new, non-trading Class C common stock.
