MDxHealth reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $27.2 million. This represents a 16% year-over-year increase and exceeded analyst expectations. Growth was driven by a recovery in core tissue-based tests and the integration of the ExoDx liquid biopsy business.

Net loss widened to $9.5 million from $7.0 million in the prior-year period. Operating loss increased to $5.1 million, primarily due to expenses related to the ExoDx acquisition.

The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $110 million to $115 million. Management expects to return to positive adjusted EBITDA by the end of the year. MDxHealth recently raised $20 million through a direct stock placement and discontinued its Resolve UTI business to focus on prostate cancer diagnostics.
