The Arnault family group is simplifying its control over LVMH through a strategic corporate reorganization. The plan merges family holding companies Agache and Financière Agache into the publicly traded Christian Dior SE.
Following the merger, Christian Dior SE will convert into a limited joint-stock partnership named Agache SCA. This move streamlines the ownership structure to ensure the Arnault family's long-term control over the luxury conglomerate.
The group will launch a mandatory cash tender offer for all Christian Dior shares it does not currently own. This transaction provides minority shareholders a liquidity option without forcing a squeeze-out.
