Marriott International has signed an agreement with FICO Corporation to develop seven hotels in Thailand. The properties will add 1,262 rooms across Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket.
The deal will expand the JW Marriott brand in Thailand and introduce three brands to the market: citizenM, Four Points Flex by Sheraton and Series by Marriott.
The agreement will bring Marriott and FICO Corporation’s joint portfolio to 11 hotels. The portfolio will span eight brands.
The partners said the development reflects a shared focus on evolving traveler preferences and distinctive lifestyle experiences in Thailand’s urban and leisure destinations.
