The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) launched a Section 337 investigation into Lenovo Group regarding dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) products.
Memory module manufacturer Netlist filed the underlying complaint in August. The filing alleges that several technology firms are infringing on four of its U.S. patents.
Netlist seeks a limited exclusion order and cease-and-desist orders against Lenovo, Micron Technology, and Super Micro Computer. The ITC will establish a target date for completing the investigation within 45 days.
Separately, Lenovo announced its new Hybrid Token Factory solution at the GMIF2026 summit in Shenzhen.
