Lockheed Martin is in advanced discussions with allied nations to produce its PAC-3 MSE air-defense interceptors outside the United States for the first time. Global demand for the highly effective missile defense system has tripled, a senior executive told Kyiv Post.
The talks are running alongside the company’s domestic expansion. Lockheed Martin is investing up to $9 billion through 2030 to modernize and expand more than 20 U.S. facilities.
The investment aims to substantially increase production capacity for key systems, including the PAC-3, to meet demand from the U.S. military and international partners.
