Kailera Therapeutics, Inc. announced today that the first patient has been dosed in a Phase 1 trial of KL-279, a small molecule inhibitor being evaluated for certain advanced solid tumors. The trial will assess the candidate’s safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy.
