Kraft Heinz will implement a new global operating structure effective July 1, 2026. The company will reorganize into three regions: North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, and Emerging Markets. This shift consolidates Asia Emerging Markets with the West and East Emerging Markets divisions.

Kraft Heinz is merging its Procurement and Supply Chain departments into one centralized function. This move aims to enhance end-to-end value chain efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Two executives will transition out of their roles but remain as advisors for a set period. The departing leaders include the Chief Omnichannel Sales & Asia Emerging Markets Officer and the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer.

CEO Steve Cahillane stated the reorganization will unlock portfolio potential and drive sustainable, volume-led growth.
