Kaynes Technology India announced a $1 billion strategic expansion into semiconductor advanced packaging. Subsidiary Kaynes Semicon will apply for an Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) project in Gujarat. This initiative aligns with the Indian government’s Semicon 2.0 incentive program.

The company set a revenue target of ₹250–300 crore for its semiconductor division this fiscal year. Nearly ₹100 crore of this revenue is already booked.

The announcement occurred during the SEMICON India 2026 conference. Kaynes scheduled meetings with institutional investors and analysts for September 23 and 24 to discuss these milestones.
