Re:Build Manufacturing raised $2.1 billion in a funding round co-led by General Catalyst and JPMorganChase's Strategic Investment Group. Founded in 2020, the company aims to accelerate America's reindustrialization.

Re:Build will use the capital to expand its manufacturing platform and ecosystem for launching new industrial startups. The investment will strengthen its ability to develop and manufacture products in sectors including aerospace, defense, electrification, and medical devices.

The company says the funding will help create tens of thousands of U.S. jobs over the next decade. The new capital brings the total raised by Re:Build's founding team to more than $4 billion.
