Jabil Inc. and Adani Enterprises signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a 50:50 joint venture in India to manufacture AI and data center equipment.
The proposed venture would produce AI racks, servers, storage, networking equipment, and related power and cooling systems. It aims to meet rapidly growing demand for data center infrastructure in India and serve global markets.
The collaboration would combine Jabil’s manufacturing and engineering expertise with Adani’s infrastructure and energy capabilities. The agreement follows the initial announcement of a strategic alliance in June 2026 and remains subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals.
