Intervacc AB (publ) released its interim report for the first half of 2026.

Sales for the flagship vaccine Strangvac grew 54% in Sweden compared to the previous year. The company attributes this growth to structured information and awareness-building initiatives. Conversely, sales in the rest of Europe declined by 63% during the same period. Intervacc and partner Dechra are intensifying marketing efforts to address the European performance.

Development continues for Piggivac, a swine vaccine, focusing on dose optimization and serotype efficacy. CEO Carl-Johan Dalsgaard maintains confidence in long-term growth based on product quality and development results. The company continues dialogue with U.S. authorities regarding marketing authorization for Strangvac. The U.S. regulatory process is currently progressing as planned.
