Iron Mountain CEO William Meaney sold 38,474 shares on September 1. The sale totaled approximately $4.39 million. This transaction cut his direct share ownership by 50%. The sale occurred under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established in March 2025. Other executives also recently sold smaller quantities of shares.
The insider sale follows Iron Mountain's recent strong performance. In early August, the company raised its full-year 2026 guidance. This followed record quarterly results. Iron Mountain now expects total revenue between $7.94 billion and $8.01 billion. It projects Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO) of $5.87 to $5.93 per share.
