🟢 Opus Genetics is trading 13% up in after-hours trading after interim retinal gene therapy findings

Opus Genetics is trading 12.84% up at $4.57 in after-hours trading after reporting clinical findings from its OPGx-BEST1 and OPGx-LCA5 programs at Retina in Rio 2026.

• Shares closed at $4.05 on October 15.
• Three of four evaluable OPGx-BEST1 participants showed improved retinal sensitivity; OPGx-LCA5 data included visual improvements in adults and adolescents.
• The findings are interim results from ongoing trials and may change.
