Inter & Co, Inc. has announced the operational timeline to discontinue its sponsored Level II Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) program, ticker INBR32. The move follows board and regulatory approvals intended to streamline the company's listing structure in Brazil.
Investors holding INBR32 must choose a transition path during a selection window running from September 17 to October 16, 2026. Holders can convert their positions into Nasdaq-traded Class A shares or transition to newly registered Level I unsponsored BDRs under ticker INBR34. Alternatively, investors may opt for a cash-out through a designated sales facility.
Positions belonging to investors who do not make an election will be automatically liquidated via the sales facility. Trading for INBR32 BDRs will cease after October 16, 2026. The new Level I BDRs are scheduled to begin trading on October 19, 2026.
