Inter & Co subsidiary Banco Inter S.A. issued R$300 million in Subordinated Financial Bills to professional investors. This issuance qualifies as Additional Tier 1 capital under Central Bank of Brazil regulations.

The capital reinforcement supports the bank's continued growth and lending capacity. The move is expected to increase the Basel Ratio by 0.6 percentage points, improving the bank's solvency. The bank calculated this impact using the capital base from March 31, 2026.

The financial bills are perpetual instruments. Banco Inter maintains an option for full early redemption starting July 17, 2031. The central bank must authorize any early redemption.
