This position is valued at approximately $587.2 million. BlackRock now holds a 15.96% ownership stake in the IT solutions provider.
The investment follows Insight’s second-quarter earnings report released on August 6. The company exceeded analyst estimates for both revenue and earnings per share. Insight subsequently raised its full-year financial guidance for 2026.
