ImmunityBio announced long-term results from its Phase 2/3 QUILT-3.032 clinical trial for ANKTIVA. The study combined ANKTIVA with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) to treat BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
The Journal of Urology published data showing a 71% complete response rate. Patients experienced a median response duration of 26.6 months. Some trial participants maintained responses for more than 53 months.
The FDA granted expanded approval for ANKTIVA on October 14. ImmunityBio stock remains under pressure due to mounting legal investigations into potential corporate wrongdoing.
