Hexcel Corporation announced new and extended long-term supply agreements with The Boeing Company at the Farnborough International Airshow. These contracts cover advanced composite materials and engineered core for Boeing’s commercial, defense, and space programs.
The agreements designate Hexcel as a primary supplier for the 737 MAX, 787 Dreamliner, and 777X platforms. Hexcel will provide carbon fiber, prepregs, and honeycomb materials to support lightweight aircraft production.
The partnership improves Boeing's supply chain stability and provides Hexcel with long-term revenue visibility. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the agreements.
