Halliburton secured a multi-year contract from Saudi Aramco for the Jafurah unconventional gas project. The agreement provides integrated stimulation and completion services for the site. Jafurah ranks as one of the largest unconventional gas developments globally.
The award belongs to a broader multi-billion-dollar investment program. Halliburton will deploy Saudi Arabia’s first fully integrated intelligent fracturing platform to improve efficiency.
Contract operations are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026. Halliburton plans to increase investments in local manufacturing and expand its regional workforce to support the project.
