Goldman Sachs announced a $500 million commitment to launch the Small Business AI Institute, an initiative to help entrepreneurs adopt artificial intelligence. The institute will partner with leading AI companies, including Anthropic, Google, Meta, and OpenAI, to provide training and tools to small business owners across the United States.

The initiative expands Goldman Sachs’ long-standing 10,000 Small Businesses program. It aims to help Main Street businesses compete in the evolving AI-driven economy by integrating the technology into their operations to support growth.

The program will also publish research on how small businesses use AI.
