Hyperscale Data reaffirms its preliminary financial guidance for full year 2027. It projects consolidated revenue between $300 million and $350 million. Adjusted EBITDA is projected at $60 million to $80 million. Operating momentum and the planned launch of its Michigan AI compute campus support this outlook.
The initial phase of the AI data center expects to energize and begin generating revenue in December 2026. This marks a key step in the company's transition toward a larger AI infrastructure business. The outlook also includes other platforms, such as financial services, digital assets, and portfolio companies. These operate under its Ault Capital Group subsidiary. Hyperscale Data plans to divest Ault Capital Group in 2027.
