Isomorphic Labs, the AI-focused drug discovery company spun out of Alphabet’s DeepMind, is reportedly in talks to raise about $5 billion in new funding. Sources familiar with the matter say the round would value the company at about $50 billion.

The negotiations are at an early stage, and final terms could change.

The talks follow a funding round the company completed in May 2026. That round raised $2.1 billion.

The rapid fundraising highlights strong investor interest in using artificial intelligence to accelerate the development of new medicines.
