Godrej Agrovet inaugurated India's first Integrated Oil Palm Complex in Khammam, Telangana. The Godrej Industries subsidiary plans a cumulative investment of ₹300 crore for the facility. This site integrates the entire value chain from seed to refinery.
The complex currently processes 30 tonnes of oil palm per hour. The company plans to double this milling capacity to 60 tonnes per hour. This expansion supports a target of 30,000 hectares of plantation area in Telangana by 2030.
The project aims to enhance India's edible oil security and support local farmers. An on-site Samadhan Centre provides specialized resources and advisory services to the farming community.
