Metalurgica Gerdau announced its third-quarter 2026 results after the market close on October 26, 2026.
Adjusted net income reached R$ 1.5 billion. It rose 39.7% from the same period last year and 4.0% from the second quarter of 2026.
North American operations accounted for more than 76% of consolidated EBITDA and were the main driver of the results.
Adjusted EBITDA reached R$ 3.8 billion, up 10% from the previous quarter. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 20.2%.
Consolidated net revenue rose 4.6% sequentially to R$ 18.7 billion.
The company approved a dividend distribution of R$ 0.16 per share. A conference call to discuss the results is scheduled for October 27, 2026.
