GoldMining Inc. has commenced a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and a 6,000-metre infill diamond core drilling program at its São Jorge Gold Project in Pará State, Brazil.
Three drill rigs are active at the site. The drilling program aims to upgrade inferred mineral resources to the higher-confidence indicated classification.
The results will support an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and the PFS. GoldMining expects to complete the study in the first half of 2028.
The work builds on a Preliminary Economic Assessment completed in June 2026. That assessment outlined a potential mine life of 10.6 years.
It estimated an after-tax net present value of $532 million, based on a gold price of $3,500 per ounce.
