Gabriel India is trading at ₹1424.20, 4.14% up now, after its August 26, 2026 announcement of a strategic joint venture with South Korea’s HL Klemove.

• Gabriel India will acquire 30% less one share of HL Klemove India for approximately US$98.44 million, or ₹935 crore.
• The deal expands Gabriel India into ADAS, autonomous-driving systems, and automotive electronics.
• The transaction is the clearest identified catalyst behind the August 28–31 price strength.
