Fort Technology Inc. said Nasdaq notified it that it had failed to meet the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement. Its common shares closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. The notice was dated October 13, 2026, and disclosed in a press release on October 16.

The company has 180 calendar days, through April 12, 2027, to regain compliance. Its shares must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days to meet the requirement.

Fort Technology said it will monitor its share price and consider available options. The company cautioned that there is no guarantee it will regain compliance. The notice does not immediately affect its Nasdaq Capital Market listing.
