Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announced on September 25, 2026, that it is investigating potential securities claims against Fluence Energy. The probe concerns allegations that Fluence may have provided the public with materially misleading business information.
On September 16, Fluence cut its fiscal 2026 revenue projection by $600 million. The revised projection is approximately $2.4 billion.
Fluence had projected an adjusted EBITDA loss of about $10 million. It now expects a loss of around $200 million.
The company attributed the guidance cuts to ongoing supply chain issues and production ramp-up delays at its Houston facility. Following the announcement, Fluence shares opened more than 20% lower on September 17, 2026.
